"The Roger Roudebush State Farm Insurance office on 53rd Street in Anderson, Indiana has kept my home and vehicles safe for so many years that I can’t remember. I guess you could “date” my beginnings with them by my saying that I switched to them from GEICO Insurance before there were those commercials with a talking gecko! That’s got to be a lot of years.

The Roudebush office has a place that reminds me of the way business used to be done before the Internet age. You can call the office anytime and someone will answer within three rings. There’s none of this “Push one if you want (whatever)…” A human being answers the phone and asks you what you need. I don’t think I’ve ever had a person answer the phone there and say that they needed to transfer me to somebody else. Everyone that this 53rd Street State Farm office knows how to handle whatever question or problem you have.

Additionally, it’s an office that I have driven directly into the parking lot to when I have thought of something I need to take care of when I’m in the area. The door is always open there and when you walk in, no one asks you, “Did You make an appointment?” That’s old-school customer service. I have an insurance policy with State Farm and they serve me. Just like calling on the phone, when I walk in and tell them what’s on my mind, everything is taken care of before I even leave.

I called them recently to request that they change my mailing address and send me a policy so that I can have something to apply for an Ohio drivers license, as I have moved recently to live with my fiancé. I talked with Arielle on the phone and after five “unrushed” minutes conversing, she assured me that a new copy of my State Farm policy would be arriving at my new address within 5-7 business days. As usual, Arielle provided me with service that isn’t just professional but is also personal.

Anyone willing to accept less of customer service from a business is truly missing out. Roger Roudebush State Farm Insurance is the best!"
