I transferred my auto policy from Tennessee to Indiana earlier this year, and my new agent, Andrew, made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was very helpful and responsive every step of the way. Last week, I had a flat tire and needed to use roadside assistance for a tow. Andrew guided me on how to get started, and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to schedule everything online. The roadside assistance team kept in touch throughout the process, providing updates and making sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The tow service itself was prompt and professional. I discovered that my policy includes a Lyft benefit so I wouldn't be stranded, which was a great perk- even though I didn't need to use it this time. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the level of service from State Farm. So glad they made process simple and stress free."
